Meet The Team

Lori has been helping families realize their real estate dreams, whether buying or selling, since 1984.  She also works closely with some of the largest local corporations relocating their employees in and out of the state.  She specializes in the entire Greater Portland area.

She holds a B.S. degree in education as well as the Certified Residential Specialist Designation, the Graduate Residential Institute Designation, Senior Real Estate Specialist Designation,  Luxury Home Marketing Specialiest Designation and is an Accredited Buyer Representative. Lori remains at the top of her game by continually training with some of the very best real estate trainers in the USA and Canada.

She considers herself first a consultant, helping clients cultivate a plan of action by providing the information necessary for informed decisions; and second a salesperson, smoothly guiding them through the complex process of buying or selling a home or investment property.

She and her husband, Tim, enjoy the friendship of their 4 adult children and the love of their grandchildren.  Lori lives in the greater Portland area and enjoys fitness, boating, hiking, gardening and is an avid reader.  She is also a serious French and piano student and is a member of many community organizations.  She looks forward to sharing with you the fine service her clients have come to appreciate and expect from her and her team.

Nicholas chose a career in Real Estate after graduating college in 2002. He reperesents buyers and sellers and participates in all aspects of servicing our clients’ needs.

Nick offers our clients particular expertise in the buying and selling of multi-family properties, new construction and subdivision projects. Our clients benefit from his insights into property fix-up and renovation – knowing where and how much to invest to bring a property to its highest and best use, whether for renovation and resale or renovation for the family’s own use.

A native Maineiac, Nicholas adds extraordinary energy and a strong dedication to client satisfaction. When not selling real estate, he enjoys spending time with “man’s best friend” – his dog, Jackson, and engaging in his favorite activities of sailing, whitewater rafting and flying. Nick is a certified Maine River Guide, spent ten years coaching varsity hockey at both Cheverus and Portland High Schools, and has been a member of the Portland Yacht Club for 9 years, currently serving as the Club’s Race Officer.

Susan graduated Phi Beta Kappa from Wellesley College with a bachelor’s degree in Economics and hold an MBA from Stanford Business School. She currently divides her time between Maine and the west coast, where she has a winter home in Baja California. Susan Russell recently joined the Garon Group, bringing to us her more than 10 years of real estate experience in this great state of Maine. Having worked as a strong advocate for buyers as well as an effective representative for sellers, Sue brings a great understanding to both sides of the process.

Living in South Portland, she has a particular expertise in the Greater Portland area but loves to explore outside of Cumberland County. The beautiful Mid-Coast and to the South as well as inland all the way to Alfred are just some of the locations where Sue has provided superior service.

Over the years Susan has acquired many Realtor designations that help her be the best she can be, but really what it comes down to is the collaborative effort between Broker and Client to achieve a successful and professional relationship to get the job done.
